Happy New Year y’all! Here’s another ukulele from 2018 year end–a Tri-color Koa Baritone Ukulele.
Tri-color koa baritone ukulele
A few posts back I showed a super tenor made from wood cut from the same billet. That one didn’t last long at Hale Ukulele and this one didn’t either–a week maybe.
Curvy grain and plenty of curl
The grain pattern is a bit different so I’m figuring that the billet was quite long because some of it is really straight and some is really curvy.
Love the blond koa
The figure and curl change from set to set, but every set has been pretty nice.
Sides match really well
One of the first instruments in the works for 2019 will be another super tenor with the same wood. Nothing like a Tri-color Koa Baritone Ukulele for the new year.
